43300 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 43300 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 43300 platform — available via our official website and mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active phone number.
43300 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 43300 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 43300 support team immediately. You remain responsible for all activity that occurs on your account until a valid report of misuse has been received and verified.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a 43300 platform user, you agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You may not use this platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or any conduct that could cause harm to 43300 or other users.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 43300 platform:

All financial transactions on the 43300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your 43300 account are your own and have been obtained lawfully. The use of unauthorised third-party payment methods is prohibited.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change from time to time. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered and verified under your account name. 43300 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals.
Transaction Responsibility
All confirmed bets and transactions are final and cannot be reversed except under circumstances specifically provided for in the game rules. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payout, 43300 reserves the right to correct the error by deducting the excess amount from your account balance.
Users are responsible for ensuring all withdrawal details are accurate. 43300 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect bank account or digital wallet information provided by the user.

43300 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform — including service disruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. In any circumstance, 43300's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials on the 43300 platform are the exclusive property of 43300 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 43300. Unauthorised use of 43300's logos or brand name is a serious violation and may result in legal action.

Account Suspension & Closure
43300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to comply with identity verification requests, or where continued provision of services to that user could expose 43300 to any legal or financial risk.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact the 43300 support team to request a review.
Term Amendments & Governing Law
43300 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
